Convert the XML content of an asset version via XSLT into a new asset version.

Introduction

By using the server command "Content Conversion Asset" the XML content of an asset version can be converted, via XSLT, into a new asset version. A transformation resource asset is required and must be defined in the configuration. The command is available in versions for manual or automatic execution.

Example

As a complement or substitute for the attribute mapper, a change in the asset XML is possible via transformation. This is helpful to avoid problems of the attribute mapper with some hierarchical features.

Configuration

The stylesheets can be obtained from transformation resource assets and depending on the configuration, a new asset version is created.
