Example
Images are often stored so that they still contain a lot of background data in addition to the product image itself. This image can then be used as a clipped product image or in conjunction with its background. Quite often, this is the case in catalog creation.
Configuration
A prerequisite for this function is a clipping path which has been enabled in Adobe Photoshop.
The preferences are set in the Module Image and can be found under Automatic Image Create (Settings) in the Admin Client:
With this setting, the additional image file is cropped at the clipping path. In addition, a configurable border is added. If a PNG file is created, it can also have transparency.
