Image service - Xinet

Overview

Xinet is a commercial solution for image automation. It is very fast and generates professional results with conversions. It is comparable with Helios Image Server. A lot of file formats are supported: http://www.xinet.com/tech/tech_fileformats.html

Xinet is software with an extra license fee from Xinet. It is a product from Xinet from Berkeley USA. In North America, it is very common as an Image Library and in prepress studios. Some customers also use it for OPI. censhare can't give any support for this product.

Configuration

To enable Xinet as Image Service has to be configured in the censhare Admin Client under Configuration/Services/Image.
