To use the censhare CI HUB integration, you must install the CI HUB connector for your Adobe applications, register with CI HUB, and connect your censhare Server. In censhare, no installation or configuration is necessary.


Installation

To install the CI HUB Connector, do the following:

  1. Open Adobe Creative Cloud, go to All Plugins, and search for the CI HUB Connector.
  2. Install the plugin.

Registration

Before you can log in, you must register yourself at CI HUB to obtain your CI HUB ID.

  1. Got to https://ci-hub.com/ci-hub-user-registration.
  2. Enter your personal data.
  3. In the list of available systems, select censhare.
  4. Enter your company license key for the CI HUB connectors that you want to use. If you do not have a company license key, ask an administrator or leave this field empty.
  5. Submit your registration.
  6. To activate your account, click the link in the e-mail that you received after your registration.
  7. Set your password to finish your account activation.

Add censhare integration 

  1. Launch the Adobe application.
  2. Open the Window menu, select Plugins, and then select CI HUB. The CI HUB panel opens.
  3. In the CI HUB panel, go to the Connection section.
  4. Click (plus) on the right side. 
  5. From the list of available integrations, select censhare.

    If the censhare integration does not appear in the list, click Show all to expand the list of available integrations, and then select Visible for the censhare entry.

  6. Click (error) at the top right to close the list.
  7. Now click (plus) again and click the censhare entry.
  8. You are redirected to the CI HUB authentication page.
  9. Enter the censhare portal URL. If you do not know the URL, contact an administrator.
  10. Click Login.
  11. You are redirected to the censhare login page.
  12. Enter your censhare credentials.
  13. After successful login, go back to the CI HUB panel.
  14. In the CI HUB panel, the green checkmark shows that you are connected to the censhare Server.
