To launch the CI HUB panel, you must log in with your CI HUB credentials. Once logged in, you can connect to censhare and start working.

Login

For security reasons, the CI HUB plugin ends your connection after a longer inactivity. To reconnect, do the following:

To connect to the censhare Server from an Adobe application, do the following:

  1. In the CI HUB panel, click Login.

  2. You are redirected to a Log-in page on the CI HUB website.
  3. Enter your CI HUB credentials.
  4. Go back to the Adobe application.
  5. In the CI HUB panel, the user icon at the bottom shows your successful login.

Connect to censhare

  1. In the CI HUB panel, in the Connections section, click (plus) to add a connection.
  2. From the list, select censhare. If the censhare connection does not appear in the short list, click show all to expand the list.
  3. You are redirected to the portal login page.

  4. Enter the URL of the censhare portal you want to connect to.

    The censhare portal URL is not the same as the censhare Web URL. If you do not know the censhare portal URL, or experience any problems connecting to the censhare portal, ask an administrator for help.

  5. You are redirected to the censhare login page.
  6. Enter your censhare credentials to log in.
  7. Go back to the Adobe application.
  8. In the CI HUB panel, the green checkmark in the Connections section shows that you are connected to the censhare Server.

If the CI HUB panel does not react, try to restart the plug-in. Do the following:

  1. In the CI HUB panel, click the three dots at the top right.
  2. In the menu, select Restart.

Log out from CI HUB

To log out from the censhare CI HUB integration, do the following:

  1. In the CI HUB panel, move the cursor over the user icon at the bottom.
  2. In the dialog, click the red exit button.
