Footnotes can be set, edited and deleted directly when editing ICML text in the censhare Editor for InCopy documents.
In the censhare Client (Java):
Open the ICML text asset
Place the cursor in the text where you want to add a footnote.
Right-click and select create footnote.
Select the numbering and size options.
Add the footnote text.
Click OK to save your edits.
The footnote is created.
We recommend to edit the font and styling of the footnotes directly in Adobe InDesign under the menu item Font - Options for Document Footnotes before further processing of the document.
