To start to edit ICML text content, open a Text asset or create a new Text asset in censhare Web. Typically, an existing Text asset is assigned to you for editing.

To create a new Text asset, we recommend that you always choose to create an asset from a template. Templates contain predefined settings, styles, metadata and the correct content type that simplifies editing. Your censhare administrator takes care of creating the appropriate templates.

Create ICML Text asset

  1. In censhare Web, from the Top navigation, select  Create asset - Asset from template. Select the appropriate template. Enter a name for the asset. Select the  Content language. Select the  Domain. Click OK. The Text asset is created and opens in an asset page.
  2. In the asset page, switch to the  Editor  tab. In the text area, you can enter text even if the planned layout does not exist yet. If the layout already exists, you can place the ICML text there. A preview and a check for overset text become available.

  3. If needed, switch to the other tabs in the asset page to add any asset details.

Open existing ICML Text asset

  1. In censhare Web, search for the Text asset that you want to edit. In the search results, double-click the Text asset to open it in an asset page.

This way you can create a text even if the planned layout doesn't exist yet. If it is available, you can place the ICML text there. After this point in time you will be able to preview and check the text overset.
