User management

User management is done entirely by the censhare IT. 


User management for the Insights application is done by the censhare IT.

In this case, we only differentiate between the read-only type and the admin type of access. 

Account RoleDefinition
Administrator userIs a web application user and has all permissions. This includes read access to all metrics and the management of clusters, clients, and partners if applicable. 
Read-only userIs a web application user and has only read access to selected metrics. This user needs to be associated with one or more Keycloak groups that represent partners. They can only access the metrics of the partner to which they are associated.

 If you need to add new users and/or deactivate/remove existing ones, you will need t reach out to ... In addition to that, you will need to synchronize client and partner names that you add in the Insights app.
