In censhare Web, search queries show the results in asset lists in various views. The List view shows you details about each asset, such as asset type or modification date.
Prerequisites
You must perform a search query or open a filter list.
Context
The List view is available in censhare Web for asset lists such as any search results lists or filter lists like "Last edited or "Favorites. On the search page, on the Top navigation, the filter bar provides the "Views" menu with various views, among them the "List view".
About the List view
Every entry contains either a preview image of the asset or the associated icon for the asset on the left. To the right of that, censhare shows you the asset details. This includes the asset type, name of the user who last edited the asset and the modification date. Depending on the asset type you will be shown more information. For images this includes resolution, file size, image size or color space.
Access asset actions
In the List view, you can access several standard actions for any of the assets displayed:
Hover the cursor over the respective asset. The icons for the available asset actions become visible in the asset element.
Click on either of the icons to carry out the respective action for the selected asset such as displaying a preview or open the "Actions" menu to access further actions such as displaying relations or editing properties.
You can carry out any of the available actions without having to open the selected asset first.
