censhare integrates the analysis tools Google Cloud Natural Language, Google Cloud Vision AI, and Google Cloud Video Intelligence API for text, image, and video assets. Start the analysis and view the results in censhare Web.

censhare 2020.1: There are no requirements related to the size of the files to be analyzed. This changed compared to prior censhare releases.
Context
The results of the analysis of a media file is shown in the respective asset page.
Left navigation: There are static pages for media and content assets for easy access.
Analyses can be executed manually or automatically. This depends on the configuration of your system.
Prerequisites
Google Cloud Natural Language, Google Cloud Vision AI, or Google Cloud Video Intelligence API must be enabled and configured in your system.
Google Cloud AI analyses are only available for the respective asset and MIME types.
You must have the permission to execute the respective part or all parts of Google Cloud AI analysis.
Introduction
You can analyze text, images, and videos with Google Cloud AI services in censhare. You can start an analysis manually anytime on the respective asset page. If automatic analyses are configured in your system, an analysis is triggered by the defined events. For example, you upload an image and the preview is generated.
The results of any analysis are shown on the Analysis tab of the respective asset page.
Text analyses
censhare analyzes text with the Google Cloud Natural Language service. Results are stored in the analyzed text asset.
The following functionality from Google Cloud Natural Language is available:
Content categories, for example World Music, Mathematics, Off-Road Vehicles, etc.
Known entities that are mentioned in the text, for example public persons, brands or companies.
Similar texts in censhare Web that have already been analyzed.
Wikipedia pages that refer to an entity.
Depending on your system configuration, not all functions are available. If one of these settings needs to be changed, contact your administrator.
censhare analyzes the following text assets:
Text assets with the following file content: plain, ICML or XML text
Text assets with the DOCX file content
Document assets with DOCX, PTTX, XLSX (excel), PDF
Image assets with PDF MIME type and text content
PDF assets with PDF MIME type and text content

Image analyses
censhare analyses images with the Google Cloud Vision service. Results are stored in the image assets.
censhare offers the following functionality from the Google Cloud Vision API:
Keywords
Main colors
Similar images on the web
Similar images in censhare that have been already analyzed
Web pages that contain the image
Brands related to the image.
Text capture (OCR)
Inadequate content check (safe search).
Identified and classified objects with their position in the image
Keywords for identified objects
Depending on your system configuration, not all functions are available. If one of these settings needs to be changed, contact your administrator.
censhare analyzes Image assets with the following MIME types:
JPEG
GIF
PNG (PNG 8 bit and PNG 24 bit)
Image assets with any MIME type but with a preview storage item of any of the formats above
Video analyses
censhare analyzes videos with the Google Cloud Video Intelligence API service. Results are stored in the video assets.
The following functionality is available:
Keywords
Inadequate content check (safe search)
Text transcription from audio track (transcription)
censhare stores and indexes transcribed text in a separate file as text preview. You can search for transcribed speech of a video.
Google Cloud Video Intelligence API uses the content language of the video asset for transcription analysis in the video. If no content language is set for an asset, the default language defined in the censhare system is used.
You can set the content language in the Details tab in the Status properties widget of an asset or in the General Edit properties dialog in the top right context menu.

censhare analyzes Video assets with the following formats:
MP4
MOV
AVI
any Video asset with a video-preview storage item in one of the formats above
Execute analysis
You can start a text, image, or video analysis in different ways:
from the Analysis tab of the asset page
from the Page actions menu of the asset page
From the Asset actions menu of an asset entry in an asset list
Directly from Analysis tab
Open the asset that you want to analyze in censhare Web.
Select the Analysis tab.
Select the Properties widget. If you are analyzing an image, you can also go to the Object Detection widget.
Click ANALYZE.
If a widget is greyed out, an analysis is in progress.
Since video analyses are asynchronous, the Properties widget also shows a progress bar. Depending on the video size, analyses can take a while to complete.
From an asset page
Open the asset, you want to analyze, in censhare Web.
From the Page actions menu, select Others, and select:
Google Vision
Google Cloud Natural Language
Google Video Intelligence
From an asset list page
Search for the asset in the list that you want to analyze.
From the Asset actions menu, select Others, and select:
Google Vision
Google Cloud Natural Language
Google Video Intelligence
View results
censhare shows the result of the analysis on the Analysis tab of the asset page, in the right-hand widget.
Google Natural Language Analyzes
View the results in the Properties tab.
Similar text assets in censhare are shown in the Similar texts widget.
Google Cloud Vision
Results are shown depending on the type of analysis.
Properties
View the results in the Properties tab of the widget.
Similar image assets in censhare are shown in Similar images widget.
Similar images on the web are shown in the Matching web images widget on the Analysis tab.
Object detection
View the results in the Object detection tab of the widget.
Objects and markers: For each object, that Google identifies in the image, censhare creates a marker. You can also view these under Last created. The marker shows the object's name and a number. The number increases when Google detects multiple objects of the same type in the image. censhare also provides the relevance score of the detected object.
To highlight an object on the image preview on the left side, click the object in the object list.
Note: If the master file of the asset changes, the preview is recalculated. To update the analyses, you must execute it again.
Keywords: censhare uses the keywords to group the detected objects by their object type in the objects list. Click a keyword to collapse or expand the associated objects in the list. Use the keywords to search for other objects of the same kind.
Adapt results: If you want to discard results from an analysis, you can delete it: Select the marker of the object and click the Trash icon. Note that the markers are recreated when you run a new analysis.
Google Cloud Video Intelligence API
View the results in the Properties tab.
Similar video assets in censhare are shown in Similar videos widget.
If the analysis recognizes speech in the video, the detected text is shown in the Transcription widget on the analysis tab.
If you do not want to see the timestamps in the text, set Timestamps to OFF on the top right side of the widget.
Result
You know how to analyze content, images or videos. You have an overview, which Google Cloud AI services censhare uses. You understand, which asset and MIME types processes exist for the analysis. You can start the analysis for text, images or videos and view the results.
