The censhare support partner for PostgreSQL is cybertec. We have a SLA signed with them which covers 7x24 hotline support with 30 min. response time. The SLA includes also regular phone support and email support with next business day response time.

What kind of support to we get, based our SLA?

  • We get 3rd level support for all SaaS customer systems

  • We get support for all or our internal systems like tracker, demo, test...

  • Our development get support for problems in software development in conjunction with PostgreSQL

For that kind of support, we can contact Cybertec as described above. In case of critical incidents, we have to open VPN connection for Cybertec to give them access to our internal systems.
