Monitor censhare Client UI thread
Slow UI performance in censhare Client when users work remotely and what to do about it.
Problem
Users work remotely and complain about slow UI performance or incorrectly executed or too early terminated drag events.
Configuration
- Log into the censhare Client in Admin mode. Select General | Preferences | Logs.
- Under CLIENT, select WARNING.
- Activate Monitor UI thread.
The output should be directed to a file so that users can continue working undisturebed. Should the problems reoccur, you can find the Client's log under:- macOS: /Users/<username>/Library/Preferences/censhare/v4/javaclient-0.0.log on a macOS system.
- Windows: C:Users<user>cenharev4javaclient-0.0.log
