The CI HUB panel

The CI HUB panel serves as control panel and dashboard of your censhare CI HUB integration. 

Prerequisites

The CI HUB connector plugin for Adobe CC must be installed.

Open the CI HUB panel

If the CI HUB panel is not open by default, do the following:

  1. In your Adobe CC application, open the Window menu.
  2. Select Plugins > CI HUB.

The CI HUB panel shows the following sections:

Connections

Displays all available integrations. Active integrations are marked with a green checkmark. The censhare integration must be active.

NavigationDisplays expandable breadcrumb navigation of static pages and folders on the censhare Server.
FilterDisplays filter options to further narrow down the list of results.
ResultsDisplays the assets of the selected static page or folder.
DetailsDisplays properties of the selected asset.

Browse assets

  1. In the CI HUB panel, open the Navigation section.
  2. Click
     to select the folder view.
  3. In the Result section, select an asset or open a sub-folder.
  4. To navigate back to the top-level, double click
    .

Search for assets

  1. In the CI HUB panel, open the Navigation section.
  2. Click
     to open the search field.
  3. Enter a search term and press Enter.

Filter results

If the selected folder or the search results contain different asset types, you can filter the results by type.

Change preview mode

In the Result section, click one of the icons to select the desired preview mode:

Shows a list of assets with the following properties:

  • Thumbnail
  • Name
  • Size
  • Width x Height
  • Last modification date

Shows a tile preview of assets with the following properties:

  • Thumbnail
  • MIME-type
  • Name

Shows a larger preview of an asset and the following details in the Basics section:

  • Name
  • Type
  • Size
  • Version
  • Creation date
  • Last modification date
  • Foreign key 

Use the

 icons to move back/forward through the results.
