Configure AI-based metadata generation

After you bought the license, all metadata enhancement features are enabled by default.

Each time you use the Analyze button, five action calls – one per metadata type – are executed in the background. Please consider carefully which data you actually need to reduce unnecessary cost.

Your admin, solution developer, censhare implementation partner or anyone with the access to the censhare Cloud cockpit can change it in the configuration management. Below you will find simple instructions.

• Log in to the Cloud cockpit (aka dev seat).

• On the left side, find Configurations.

• On the very top, in the Filter, select “3d-analysis-schema” from the dropdown.

• Select which features you want to enable or disable.

• Save your selection.

For unselected features, no new data will be generated if users click the Analyze button.

• If users never used those features before, the fields won‘t appear in the censhare Web UI at all.

• If disabled features have been used in the past, the generated data won‘t be removed from the censhare system and will be still shown in the Properties widget, as before. But the data won‘t be updated when you use the Analyze button.
