5.1 Integration and Use of Scroll Sites

We use the "Scroll Sites" tool by K15t GmbH (Ostendstraße 110, 70188 Stuttgart) on our
website. This tool publishes content from our documentation and help portal to provide
you with easier and more structured access.

When you visit our website, Scroll Sites processes data — in particular your IP address
and the time of access — which are required to provide and operate these help pages.

Processing is based on our legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our goal is to
provide you with a consistent and well-structured documentation and help platform. Your
data is not shared with third parties for their own purposes.

If external service providers or hosting partners are used, this is done under a valid
data processing agreement.

We also use the "Search AI" module (AI-powered search) on our website. This module is
part of the Scroll Sites tool by K15t GmbH. It allows you to use natural language
queries (e.g., "How do I create an account?") to get answers based on the content
published in our help section.

5.2 AI-Powered Search with ChatGPT (as Part of Search AI)

Our website integrates the "Search AI" feature of the Scroll Sites tool (K15t GmbH,
Ostendstraße 110, 70188 Stuttgart, Germany). This feature uses artificial intelligence
(AI) to understand your search queries in natural language and to generate relevant
answers based on the content published in our help section.

When you use the search function, your input is technically transmitted to the AI
platform OpenAI, L.L.C., 3180 18th Street, San Francisco, CA 94110, USA — provided the
search function is connected to ChatGPT or the OpenAI API.

The following data may be processed:

Your search query (text input)
Technical metadata (e.g., IP address, time of request, browser information)
Usage data, if applicable (e.g., search history, interaction data, error messages)

Processing is carried out to provide an intelligent, context-aware search function. It
is based on our legitimate interest in user-friendly information retrieval under
Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

If you explicitly consent to the use of AI features (e.g., by selecting the option in
the cookie banner or enabling the AI search), processing is based on your consent under
Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.

Processing by OpenAI takes place in the USA. Where data is processed outside the
EU/EEA, we have entered into Standard Contractual Clauses and a Data Processing
Agreement with the provider.

5.3 Matomo

Our website uses the open-source web analytics tool Matomo
(https://matomo.org). We host this service ourselves.

We use the data collected by Matomo to statistically analyze user behavior. The purpose

marketing efforts. Our interest in and purpose of data processing is to optimize our
website, adapt its content, and improve our services.

6 Vimeo

We have embedded videos from Vimeo LLC, headquartered at 555 West 18th Street, New
York, NY 10011.

When you visit our website, a connection to Vimeo's servers is established. Vimeo
receives information about which pages on our website you have visited. If you are
logged in to your Vimeo account, Vimeo may associate this information with your personal
account. Clicking the play button of a video may also trigger this association.

To prevent this, log out of your Vimeo account before visiting our website and delete
the relevant Vimeo cookies.

We use this service based on our legitimate interest in analyzing, optimizing, and
