Prerequisites

• Your censhare administrator has provided you with the censhare URL.
• You received an e-mail with your initial password.

Sign in for the first time

When you are new to censhare, you must activate your account at your first login. You received an e-mail with your initial password. The initial password has a default validity of 7 days (this period can be different in your system).

1. Open your web browser.
2. Enter the censhare URL.
3. Enter your user name or e-mail and the initial password, and click Sign in.
4. Follow the steps to change your password.

Sign out

Always log out properly. This ensures that your session is terminated and you are securely logged out.

1. From the user menu at the top right, select Log out.

You are logged out of your current censhare session.

Do not use the Session logout that is available in the Change password dialog as this does not properly log you out of censhare. This only closes the session with the external authentication.
