Select multiple placements sequentially
You can select and center every instance of a placement with the selection tool, if an asset is placed multiple times in an InDesign layout to choose the order in the icon bar of the censhare InDesign palette

Edit boxes in the Layout Editor
If you have the necessary rights and the layout is prepared the right way, you can change the size of boxes and move them around. There is a handle provided on such boxes. You can create templates which allows users to change some boxes. Other boxes can be defined as not changeable. It is also possible to define some text boxes to be scalable so the editor can fit the text box to the text and not the other way round. A picture can also be scaled to avoid white parts on the page.
Configuration
To enable the possibility to change all boxes, users need all rights for the Layout Editor: Layout Editor All. Or they can get the right permission key Layout Editor: Change geometry of frames with placement. In this case, there is no further preparation of the layout needed.
The second possibility is to configure dedicated boxes in the layout so that they can be scaled and moved around. For this, the boxes in the censhare layout group has to configured. For every box, the option Geometry changes can be selected.
Create relations for detached assets
When assets are detached or dissolved in Adobe InDesign, the associated placements are lost. If it was the only relation to this asset the dissolved asset can only be found by searching for it again. To avoid searching for the asset again, you can activate the option Create assignment when detaching asset.
This option is very useful if, for example, images are searched directly via the asset query and are placed from there. In this case, only a placement is generated. After detachment, the relation would become lost.
Use cases
This feature can come into action, when assets for an open Adobe InDesign document are separated with one of the following actions:
- Detach selected boxes
- Dissolve selected boxes
- Detach asset(s)
- Detach assets and plan for deletion
- Dissolve assets
- Dissolve assets and plan for deletion
With the option activated, a new assignment is generated during detachment.
Set assignment option
- In the censhare Client, select the menu File · Preferences · Adobe InDesign Interface.
- Under Placements, activate the option Create assignment when detaching asset.

Match frame to content of anchored text frames
The height of anchored text frames is automatically adjusted to the text content after a trigger event. The bottom edge of an anchored text frame is automatically adjusted to its content.
The adjustment of the text frame is applied to all such anchored text frames when opening a document, after reverting to the previous version of the document and before any sort of saving. When importing a story, the included text frames are also adjusted.
The plugin generally does not distinguish what options for the anchored text frame are set in InDesign. It is therefore irrelevant whether the position of the text frame is integrated, active over the line or custom settings have been made that are typical for a marginal note.

The icon for a text frame is substituted by a frame icon with an upward arrow in the frame status for those anchored text frames.
Avoid multi-placement of InCopy assets
