Your censhare Web workspace is your home in censhare and cockpit for all your tasks.
Your first user journey
Introduction
After logging in to censhare Web, you see your workspace. Your workspace is the main area for you to create, find, edit and publish content. This is where you work within censhare Web.
Your workspace consists of the following areas:
1 Side navigation – navigate to generic pages and overviews, currently opened assets or browse the history of previously opened assets.
2 Top navigation – access global actions, start a search, and set your censhare preferences. Hide/show the Side navigation (5).
3 Main page –browse assets overviews, search lists and asset details. Carry out asset actions (7). Hide/show both Top and Side navigation (6).
4 Pinboard – store assets in a central location for later or frequent reuse.
Workspace areas
Area | Description |
The Side navigation is on the left of your workspace. It is your personal navigation that helps you find your way around in censhare Web and stay organized. From here, you may access important pages that support you in your daily work. You can switch between assets, saved searches, personal lists such as your tasks and favorites. You can also open static pages such as an overview of your products. | |
The Top navigation is the bar at the top of your workspace. It provides access to global asset actions such as creating an asset, as well as to the searches in censhare Web. From here, you can also access your user menu where you can change your password or set your preferences. | |
Main area | In the main area, all the "action" takes place. What you see here, depends on what you are working on. If you have started a search, a list of results is shown. If you open an asset, widgets and tabs with asset details are displayed. If you select an item from Side bar, such as a static page like Products, it is displayed here. The main area also provides you with applications for communication, planning, organization and publishing. From the Page actions menu (7) | |
The Dashboard provides a central space for your personal or global information like your tasks, maps or tickets. You can adapt the Dashboard to your individual needs. | |
Asset content displays in asset pages on widgets and tabs. You can carry out all available asset actions for an asset open in an asset page. | |
The results of your search queries launched from the top navigation are displayed here in different views. | |
You find the Pinboard at the bottom of your workspace. Here, you can store assets in a central location for later or frequent use. For instance, you can drag-and-drop an asset from the Pinboard and create a relation to other open assets. The Pinboard is directly accessible from all asset, search or application pages. To open it, click the Pinboard icon (4) |
