When use Contextual Search
Contextual Search allows to query for assets using natural language. It is particularly suitable for complex inquiries that include multiple conditions, or when you do not know exactly what you are looking for or where to start looking. Contextual Search can be seen as a more convenient alternative to the Classic Expert search or keyword search in general but indeed it offers much more.
The search engine behind this feature leans on the best available language models that help it to interpret your question correctly, to find all related information in the Censhare system, and to deliver an answer in a human-readable form.
The only limitation is the amount of returned assets. Currently, maximum 30 assets are returned.
The reason is in the underlying logic of the language models: they deliver results within a clearly limited context.
Contextual Search is therefore recommended for cases when the search cannot be performed using simple keyword combinations and when the expected results are limited to a few dozens of assets. On the contrary, any queries that can be done using exact keywords or where the expected result is a big amount of matching assets should be done using keyword search.
