We have successfully migrated our Documentation Portal at the backend. The access to the Documentation Portal works exactly like before.
The existing access will work as is. You can login here: http://partner-docs.censhare.com.
If you have signed up via partner-docs.censhare.com , you receive an error message:
“Access denied”.
Go to Fix registration error below, to see how to solve this.
Self registration
If you want to register yourself:

Go to partner.censhare.com.

Select the user icon and then select “Login”:

Choose “Sign up”:

Enter your data and click “Sign up”.

Verify your email address via the link that has been sent to you.

Go to http://partner.censhare.com and login for the first time.

Your access will be approved within 24 hours.
Fix registration error
But due to the temporary SSO restrictions, its currently not possible to signup directly in the new portal partner-doc.censhare.com. You will get the error below.
To solve the error above, do the following:

Please go to product.censhare.com or partner.censhare.com (whichever is applicable).

On the Right hand corner, please click on the Login icon. Refer Screenshot:

The login screen below opens:

Enter the credentials which you used to register yourself.

You will be asked to verify your email address: please verify the same.

Click “here” to re-send the email for verification.
-
Confirm your email address.
-
Go to http://partner.censhare.com and login for the first time.

Your access will be approved within 24 hours.
