Rich Text Editor UI control extended: Easy configuration for properties

The Rich Text Editor UI control can now easily be configured to be used with a certain property. You only define once to use the UI control in the respective feature definition in the censhare Admin Client. Whenever you add the property to a widget configuration, it then automatically uses the UI control. For this purpose, the UI control has been integrated into the cs-metadata-row HTML directive.

For each feature definition, an own Rich Text Editor configuration can be configured. This then applies for all places where you add the cs-metadata-row directive to use this property.

The cs-rich-text-editor HTML directive for Rich Text UI control continues to be supported. It must be used within XSLTs.

General improvements and bug fixes

Timezone calculation

Wrong logic in the timezone calculation can cause a lot of headache. For this release, we fixed a few such issues. Now, users can perform an expert search using date as search condition and also set deadlines in a date-time format.

Issue assets

We solved some bugs related to the issue assets, including correct preview in the gallery view when zooming in and adding layouts to issue assets as child assets.

InCopy assets

For our print customers, we made a few enhancements for resolving geometry updates (for layouts with ICML text elements) and repaired preview functionality for InCopy text assets.

Sorting by workflow target in search results

Previously, any workflow step was shown as “No value” when applied to an asset list as a sorting parameter. For this release, we fixed the problem, and you can now sort your assets by their workflow step.
